I am pleased with the lady that came up to me to help very communicative got what I wanted bought a mattress got a free mattress protector very happy haven't received the mattress as yet hoping its going to come in good condition

The assistant we dealt with was really helpful, and not going for the hard sell. She listened to our requirements, and showed us exactly what we were looking for. We were amazed afterwards, and both said it was one of the best shopping experiences we had had in ages!

We popped in "only to browse". We were greeted by Gina who recommended we try the sleep match machine. Once completed, Gina provided us with coffee & showed us the recommended mattresses. Gina went into great detail about the benefits of each mattress to us & supplied specific pillows for us to try the mattresses out. Because of how great Gina was, we left having purchased a mattress, Tempur pillow, mattress topper & the insurance. The service provided by Gina could not have been better :)

I have never bought a bed before and had no idea where to start. When I entered everything was explained to me and the best options for my bed needs.

i first went to dreams in poole and i was very disappointed as no one offered any help but when i went back to dreams in castle point in bournemouth i have got all the help i needed, a lovely lady called lauren (with long hair) gave me a fantastic customer service, she was brilliant, i bought a king size mattress, thanks to her.
