I felt welcome in store and supported to find everything I was looking for, without feeling any pressure. Casey was on hand throughout to explain and show me the options, having first taken time to listen to what I needed, and assist me to work out my sleep profile. She was able to answer all my queries straight away, and quickly gave me a full understanding of the range of products, and the differences, even though I had no prior knowledge. I had not shopped for a mattress before and was worried I would not be able to make a decision. But the staff were happy to leave me to browse and sample as much as I wished and take my time. Casey answered all my additional questions thoroughly, I felt fully informed without having to do extra research, and I was able to make a clear final decision without being rushed.

Gina was very helpful and clearly knew what she was talking about and gave us a clear understanding of the pros and cons of various options, which was exactly what needed!

Store was open till later, unlike others, which was very convenient being someone who works during the week. Colleague was friendly, personable, and very knowledgeable. Offered refreshments, showed me how the bed test worked, and sanitised each trial bed between tests. They didn't push towards the high end, but focused on key features of importance for me. Explained thoroughly the different pros and cons of different mattress types, and explained the 40 night guarantee simply and plainly. Left me feeling confident in the choice that I'd made, but also that if it were wrong, when I should know, and what to do to ensure, if wrong, how to guarantee the mattress could be changed to an alternative they recommended.

The sales assistant Casey was very knowledgeable and helpful - she helped us select a mattress based on our requirements and talked us through the best options for us- we used the mattress simulator to help determine which mattress we should get

Friendly, helpful staff

I had a warm but professional greeting and can the help in any way, I straight away said I have arthritis and fibro. She had a basic understanding of my condition and advised it may be wise to answers a basic survey to work out which would be the best mattress. She was patient, helpful and made sure I had the right mattress. When choosing the base she said I should consider the height of the mattress and the base. This was something I wouldn't of thought about. I was given excellent customer service. The staff are a credit to your company.

The assistant in the store is very nice and provides very helpful advice.

Our Sales representative Gina at the Deptford branch was absolutely beyond the world helpful. She completely transformed our experience of buying a mattress. We were very daunted by it and clueless and she educated us so well, all the while making us feel like family / a family friend visiting her home. We may not have bought that particular mattress without her help! Thanks so much Gina!!
