The staff were absolutely core to the experience. They made us feel at home, made us a cup of tea and talked everything through with us with very good knowledge of the products. We never felt like we were being 'sold' to. We felt like we were being supported to make the right decision for ourselves.

The location and ease of parking and the friendliness and professionalism of the sales agent was very much appreciated and nice to see. The agent also served my sister who was in the store with me and her autistic son and the agent knew a lot about how to handle autistic kids. We were also purchasing a bed for him and the agent did a wonderful job and assisting with his needs by introducing him to an interactive equipment which helped in choosing the right bed mattress for him. wonderful service

I really enjoyed the start of the journey where data and details were taken. We also were asked to lay down on a bed in order to assess the type of mattress would best suit us. The staff were very friendly, they offered us drinks, played with my kid...etc

The level of professionalism and attention to detail were outstanding. Customer service at its best. Thank you Gina and Rayanne for your hospitality and helping me find the perfect mattress and bed. I'm recommedng dreams to all my friends and family. Thank you!

Gina was fantastic. She spent a lot of time getting to understand my requirements and finding a solution that fit my budget. She also managed to find items that could be delivered on short notice. She was a very nice person who made a real effort and was very patient

Dionne welcomed me at the entrance the moment I entered ,asked me if she could assist me with what I was looking for and I went for one item but she persuaded me until I got second item which is good, she gave me a good advice.
