Gina the customer services rep couldn’t do enough to help. Explaining the pros and cons of beds. Making sure I bought the bed right for my sleep and my finances

I found the perfect mattress, staff member was extremely helpful and gave me the time to think about my purchase. She didn’t try to push me to buy one product over another and let me make up my own mind and listened to my requirements. The item was in stock so it will be delivered this Saturday.

We were welcomed into the store and automatically shown the beds which suites our needs. We had bought out bed within half an hour.

Our customer service was excellent. L was very informative and helpful in understanding our price range and back needs. Was smiling and joking with complimentary tea and coffee offered as we entered and then at the table whilst me finalized the purchase. Overall it was a great experience and we look forward to receiving our new mattress soon.

My friend and I just move to England, it was a big move and we have to completely start over in terms of furnishing our new home. I had looked online at several places and ended up going into the Dreams brick and mortar store. When we walked in we were greeted immediately by two very welcoming members of the staff. They evaluated us, listened to what specifics were important to us and without a second thought knew exactly what we needed. They were knowledgable welcoming and extremely efficient. It was the second bed that she showed me that I knew was the one for me and for my friend she picked his out immediately, solely based on a singular conversation. She listened to us and completely followed through. We couldn’t be happier! (She even picked out pillows that we absolutely couldn’t pass up after trying).
