Dreams - New Cross

I was greeted my Nandita as I walked through the door. She was very patient with me as I had 2 kids and it was extremely hot in the store. Nandita gave my eldest daughter colours and paper to keep her distracted while I tested the bed. It was refreshing service from this store as a single mother with kids it can be difficult to get good treatment but I had no problems at the Newcross store. Very welcoming

I was highly satisfied and impressed, because of computerised testing bed mattress used to measured my sleeping position from the head through to the leg position. During the testing, it was fantastic and I felt like going through dreams and paradise at the same time. Fantastic! I look forward to see same results in reality when I receive my order from Dreams.

Dionne was extremely helpful and informative. She was very patient with us while we were trying to decide between two beds and was on hand to help but gave us space and time to make our decision. Her manager was also very knowledgeable and helpful. From the information and advice we were given, we came away feeling very confident we had made the right decision and a good investment. I will recommend any friend looking to buy a mattress to go to the New Cross store and to ask for the lovely Dionne :)

The staff member who assisted us was very knowledgable, allowed us enough time to make decisions, and did not pressure us into a purchase.

Gina at the New Cross shop was amazingly friendly and knew more about beds then I thought there it was possible to know. I did not feel rushed or pressured by overselling. I felt she was honest and open.

I was pleased with the service I received from Kristy. She has a good knowledge of the products and was very friendly and helpful.
