Our Assistance from Gina was fantastic.I was shopping for a bed & Mattress for my daughter and a Matress for myself. Gina treated us with care and consideration. She was extremely knowledgable and we felt we got the right products for us. She also took into consideration our financial constraints. I felt very well taken care of at Dreams.

The customer service officer , Nandita by name who attended to I and my husband is very friendly. She stood up from her seat as soon as we entered the store from the door, welcome us to the store in a polite and friendly manner and ask how she might be of help. She took us to where we lay on a bed to enable her get the right mattress that will suit us after which she took her time to show us various ranges of bed that will suit us, giving full details of each of the bed. She offered us tea but we were interested in getting the mattress first. After picking our choice, she took us to her desk and offered us tea the second time and this time we accepted. We settled to drink our tea while she was completing the documentation on her computer. Overall, we really enjoyed the time spend in the store and left the store happy after the transaction. Nandita is a very experience and friendly officer.

We were served by Nandita and she was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. She provided us with advice but was not pushy. We were also impressed by the 'mattress test' that she suggested we complete.
