Dalena was extremely friendly, welcoming, helpful and also knowledgeable about the products. She gave her honest opinions as well as factual information about the different types of mattresses available regarding pocket springs and traditional and also provided information on different sized double beds for different sized rooms, explaining the difference of the platform bed to a normal frame.
