Gina was extremely nice and very professional.

i was treated very well by one of the dream colleague of the name dionne, who went out her way to assist me with my wants and needs. she was very informative, patient, honest, polite, helpful.

The assistance we received and explanation of all items was very good and knowledge highly informative. I have recommended Dreams to my son when he looks to buy a bed.

Everyone one was friendly and at no time did we struggle to find any assistance. The staff was friendly and very helpful.

Gina really took the time to show us the mattresses on offer, after we used the bed machine that looked at the type of mattress we needed for our sleep patterns. She didn't try to pressure sale us a product and gave us time to decide what it was we wanted. We were offered refreshments while in store which we felt was a lovely extra.

We bought bed in new cross gate. London the person that served us is Dionne. She is very patient and explains properly for us to understand. Very satisfied

First and for most I was met by the Lady called Gina every so friendly and when she ask if she can help I told her what I was looking for. she was quick to show me the items I wanted and help to show how they work took me through all the process needed. very helpful in deed. she is an asset I must say. Very very good service i received today and I'm please with the dream order thank you!

Gina in the store was really helpful and friendly. We didn't really know what to expect or quite how to go about buying our first bed as a couple. Gina was honest and gave us lots of different options to try as we have tight measurements in the bedroom to fit the size frame we wanted. Gina honestly helped us enormously
