Apart from finding the ‘right’ mattress - easier said than done. I had the pleasure of being helped by Gina (the manager I think) who was brilliant - super knowledgable and helpful. Guiding me through the range without coming across as pushy or forceful. I manage a retail situation so know how difficult it is finding good staff (esp in London) - Gina was great!

Customer service excellent

I entered the branch with a fair idea of what I was looking for, Nandita was able to quickly show me the bed frames I expressed interested in to inform my decision and also was very helpful in showing different mattresses to help me decide one that I'd be happy with.

Sales assistant understood what I was looking for and gave decent options on how to pay.

The customer service offered by GINA was so splendid. She had to first understand our need and concerns. Then she had to put us through the mattress computer/machine analyser which helped with scanning our body lying pattern and positions in order to provide the best mattress that will not give us any body pains. Gina had a very wonderful overall knowledge of the products and talked us through each one. The product we chose was on offer and it was really a great day in store with the help of Gina.

A member of the Dreams team, Gina, was with me the moment I walked into the store. Gina asked for my needs and walked me around the store to show me the different options available. Gina also helped to establish what type of mattress would be suitable for me. Very satisfied.

Gina was one of the most helpful, friendliest person we have ever met. She is an expert about beds, was genuinely passionate, she didn’t put any pressure on us and was really trying to find something we were really happy with within our price range. We were going to buy online but ended up buying in store because she was so helpful and we totally trusted her. Thanks Gina

Great service and friendly lady

Rayanne helped us choose and place the order for our new mattress. She was friendly, knowledgeable, professional and not at all pushy. She gave us all the options and left us to make our decision. We did not feel rushed at all and she was very helpful answering any questions we had. She had good knowledge of the products available. All the staff we came into contact with on our visit were friendly and helpful. We would definitely visit again.

Nandita was very helpful and made sure we had plenty of advice but also time to choose and didn't rush us at all
