GINA was great - she is extremely friendly and super nice, very welcoming and knowledgeable. She was professional and helpful and managed to help us a lot. The store was clean and had a lot of variety and the whole experience was very positive. This was a spontaneous decision to go into the store, and we were really happy we decided to enter. We bought a guest bed, and will most probably return soon to buy mattresses and bed frames. Thank you for your help! D

The staff were all really welcoming, informative, and supportive without being too pushy - they regularly checked in that we were OK, seeing if we had questions, offering us a drink, but when it was clear we were e.g. just taking a moment to think about a mattress, they gave us space. I felt really comfortable in the shop, able to ask all the questions I had, and (after going away, researching, and coming back) impressed at the knowledge of the staff, especially Gina who helped us most and sold us the mattress. Everyone seemed to be content, there seemed to be a good team atmosphere, and I really got the impression they cared about making sure we found the right mattress and sharing their knowledge. Came away feeling like we went to the right place, and that we were well taken care of. Would recommend very readily, yes!
