On arrival into the store, I was assured by a busy member of staff that I'd be seen shortly. A few minutes later, I was greeted by nandita. She asked if I'd like to use the clever machine which determines which mattress would be suitable. I was more than impressed as I suffer with an autoimmune disease which causes fusion of hips and spine so finding the right mattress was detrimental to my well being. On using the machine she kindly offered us tea or coffee and we accepted. Once the test was over, there was a good selection of suitable mattress options. I ended up placing an order from one of the listed mattresses! In and out of the store in 1hour 30 and now looking so forward to having a great night sleep on my new mattress once it's delivered in 2 weeks! Nandita was more than helpful and attentive to my needs and wants. I'd definitely recommend dreams to my family and friends :)
