The lady, Nandita, was exceptionally helpful and not pushy, which was really nice because I would have left the store without purchasing anything if the assistant was pushy. This was actually my second visit and she took the time to understand my needs and budget, was really helpful in her advice and can't wait to get paid so I can go back for pillows, which she also sold me on!

Staff appeared very knowledgeable, understanding of specific needs, and allowed enough space to consider without any sales pressure.

The assistance offered in finding the best product for my needs was exemplary. The advisor was patient and informative. We discussed how we spend money so easily on holidays and home improvements, and that our beds are so often sidelined. There was no rush and the additional products I bought were offered with no pressure, but a clear explanation of why I might want to purchase them. The service of collecting the old bed frame and mattress is very helpful as was booking the time frame for delivery.

Ginna and colleague were excellent and very very knowledgeable about the products.
