I have been in the store several times and knew what I wanted. Team have been really helpful when I visited the store and think they are really good with their product knowledge, helpfulness and efficiency

The members of staff knew exactly what they was talking about and helped show various mattresses within our budget and discuss the pros and cons of the each one.

The Lady call Gina was very helpful and I really found her to be a very warn person she also made my 2 baby feel very comfortable and that made me very happy

The member staff was highly knowledgeable and very helpful all throughout the process. She, Gina even offered tea. Gina has been excellent in dealing with customer! Highly recommended.

I came in thinking I knew what I wanted but not what I needed. The staff quickly took care of me and utilising the bed sizing machine. I was able to make an informed decision on the bed I wanted and needed. Very happy with the whole experience and came out with a new bed!!!

Gina in the New Cross store was amazingly knowledgable and very attentive. she carefully took me through all the options - after doing an assessment and i felt her advice was genuine and considered. the service was personal and not too salesy. really impressed with her level of understanding on all products. brilliant service!
