Rayanne was incredibly helpful - she asked me if I needed help, listened to my requirements and offered me a range of options to try. Her general demeanour was warm and friendly and she went out of her way to help me find what I needed.

Rayanne was our sales assistant and she was extremely lovely. She makes the nicest cup of tea and she was very helpful with finding us the right mattrass to help reduce my partners back pain and also give me more comfort. Her bubbly personality made the experience so much better so we felt more willing to make a purchase there and then. Very happy with today's buy.

She was very friendly whilst we were waiting for a delivery date. She pointed out and gave us the free offer that went with our mattress.
