My husband and I received very highly understanding sales assistance which made us very understanding of the bed we was choosing for our son. Gina, who approached us all at the New Cross branch was pleasant, friendly and very knowledgeable. Thank you to Gina.

We were highly satisfied because there was a good range of beds and Gina was very knowledgable and explained everything in detail.

Me and my mother came in for a new mattress and the service we got was excellent. We were served coffee during our time and the advisers were very welcoming.

My assistant was with me throughout my entire visit. She made me feel very comfortable, was very supportive and kindly helped me with my wheelchair, making sure that I was alright for the entire time of my visit. I felt that my needs were addressed, that I was listened to and very well taken care of.

Gina took us straight to the sleep testing machine and then explained about the shop colour coding. She then took us around to try out a variety of mattresses giving a clear commentary about how each mattress worked and why some felt soft at first, but then gave us support from beneath. After we had chosen our favourite we tried it again. Gina was extremely helpful and jovial throughout the whole process. The ordering was quick and simple although I noticed the wrong delivery date had been put on my order, but a call to Lena soon had that rectified.

We went in 7:45 to store and didn’t come out till gone there actual closing time and I wasn’t rushed out the store and was even offered tea or coffee, the store assistant Dionne helped me find the right mattress for me showed me my different options and I got a great sale item which I’m very satisfied with couldn’t of got a better deal.
