Dreams - New Cross

We were greeted pretty much straight away, used the electric mattress to measure what type of bed we needed, both given a coffee, then immediately shown to three different options all within our price range and all great mattresses. From there it was easy to choose the one for us. The whole process was extremely streamlined.

They were very educated about sleep needs and my husband had a back problem, they helped very well to choose the best, we loved your measuring machine, people were very friendly...... we didn’t wait too much ..... respect..... it was a kind of nice shopping experience with this trust that I have bought the best mattress I could

The level of customer care and attention was exceptional and by the time that I left I was feeling confident in my choice of mattress. I would like to commend Joe and Gina for their patience, friendly approach and hospitality and Gina’s knowledge of the components of mattresses which was most impressive! They were both very welcoming and I felt that I had their undivided attention whilst they served me which I did not feel in a rival store that is close by. I would certainly recommend this store to my family and friends but would warn them about the parking restrictions which I was not aware of and subsequently got a parking fine (being disabled I don’t tend to wander about looking for small signs that have the parking information on them, but I digress...). I am looking forward to the delivery of my mattress this coming weekend and I’m truly grateful for the help and information that I received from Joe and Gina. Keep up the good work!

My mother, sister and I visited the new Cross Branch, we were assisted by Lena who had excellent customer service, was patient and was able to speak on each item, knew what she was doing. she also allowed us to try the mattress machine that match you to the correct mattress to your body, that was fun to see what the body really needed. she was friendly and talkive to her profession at Dreams.

The customer care was fantastic. Gina and Joe were very helpful, showing us around and very informative, helping us with our purchase.

All members of staff were very friendly and very knowledgeable. Great banter and extremely patient with my family. Already recommended to others who have ordered items. 10 out 10
