Dreams - New Cross

The staff were all very helpful and friendly. They introduced themselves and gave us some initial info but then gave us time to wander and make are own choice. When it came to ordering they did this very quickly and efficiently. Another member of staff brought us coffee and tea while we ordered.

Really friendly personnel. Very good selection of sofas and mattresses in store. High tech machine to provide an idea of what mattress best suits our need.

Found the kind of Ottoman bed I was looking for, even when my requirements were quite strict.

Kristy was extremely patient as I spent time trying out many beds then going back and trying again. On a previous visit, another saleslady explained at length how the Flaxby range of beds are constructed. All staff were very friendly, knowledgeable, and offered cups of tea more than once.

Before I left home, I called the store to find out if they have the test machine. The machine that tells you what type of bed is suitable for you. I was impressed with the lady at the end of the phone. When i got to the store, I told the assistant that i called earlier and she happened to be the person i spoke with before going to the store. She attended to me with great customer service care, she was very understanding and patience. she patiently explain the machine recommendation and went through every bed sample with me. So i am very satisfy with her customer service

Joe went out of his way to help us and get the bed and mattress that best suited us. He couldn't have been more helpful and he made our overall experience very pleasant and simple
