The salesperson was highly knowledgeable on all the mattresses. She explained all of the facts clearly and concisely. TBH she made the sale

The staff were fantastic - welcoming and polite and had answers to every question and provided me with much better knowledge about the different types of mattresses and when sharing a bed with a partner the qualities to look for in a mattress. The staff member who dealt with me and completed my order was fantastic!

Staff were very friendly but also gave us space to think about our purchase and look around. We were offered tea and coffee and got help with selecting the right mattress for our needs. The sleep analysis device was also useful in helping us decide on the type of mattress.

Entered and had the mattress test while a tea and coffee were being made for me and my girlfriend and the staff understood what we wanted changed based on the feedback we gave with each mattress.

I walked into the store with the idea of buying an Ottoman bed and a mattress on Amazon, to fit my budget. I walked out the store with a purchase of a much better quality mattress, a storage bed much more sturdy than the Ottoman and I didn't go over budget. Kristy has been so helpful, she took the time to understand all my needs and she suggested what was the best solution for me in terms of bed and mattress. I am so pleased with everything and I can't wait for the bed to be delivered next week.

I found that the knowledge Gina ( New Cross Branch ) had about the beds and mattress's was a MAJOR FACTOR in my buying my new mattress from Dreams.Gina was super professional, listened to my requirements took the time to show and let me test each bed that would suit my needs. Gina was VERY knowledgeable, pleasant, and most of all ASKED if I was interested in other items and NOT PUSH on me to buy other items. Gina is a superb asset to the New Cross Branch.
