Great experience

Rayanne and Gina were extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I found a mattress that I’m really happy with and now know what type of specifications to look out for.

We were very pleased with our experience. Not even a minute after we had entered the store and sat on a bed, Gina had approached us and asked us if we needed any assistance. She then spent over an hour with us, taking us through the bed-tester-thing (Caroline?), then showing us the different bed types that suited our match and explaining the benefits of each. She was very patient with us as we took a while making our decision. She wasn't pushy or 'salesy' and was very friendly, offering us some good advice from her own experience :)

The store was clean and the music outside was a nice touch. Nandita approached me and offered me assistance and a hot beverage. She was friendly, patient and informative with myself and my daughter. Lovely service from her, and a good selection of beds to chose from. Very happy with what i have selected and cant wait for it to arrive!
