We were helped by Nandita who was very friendly and knowledgeable. She gave us plenty of time to try the mattresses multiple times and also gave us information on the bed frames. She made the shopping experience very comfortable.

As soon as you entered the store, we were welcomed. The staff at the door was helpful, offering masks and asking us to hand sanitized our hands along with pointing out where the products that we were interested in and their location. I felt we were allowed to browse without any pressure. If we had any questions, our sales assistant Gina was knowledgeable to answer.
