I was a returning customer. I am disabled, unable currently to get to the store and did the business on the phone. I was impressed that the staff had kept a record of my special needs and a previous purchase. Because of this, and the friendliness and knowledge of the range of suitable mattresses shown by the staff I spoke to my experience was easy and very satisfactory

Gina was amazing. she understood our needs and what were looking for. She was really effective at showing us different products and making sure that any of our questions were answered.
