Great experience. Bed test experience was really insightful. First time i have ever had one, and great ro confirm best mattress type i need. From being advised to sanitise hands at door and access to covers and disposable pillow covers, i was really assured of safety. Dionne our salesperson was so helpful and extremely knowledgeable of available products. Found an even better alternative mattress rather then have an extended delivery for 1st choice. After a long week of long hospital shifts Dionne was a breath of fesh air on my first day off. So welcome and an absolute credit to Dreams.
