Upon entering the store at New Cross Gate I was met by a young lady by the name of Dionne who first told me that I needed to sanitize my hand and proceeded to ask me me if I needed any assistance I told her which bed I had come to see which was the Deacon Ottoman bed and she directed me straight away to it she did explain the one that was on display wasn't the Ottoman version just the normal standard bed frame but she did explain the features of the Ottoman to me I then asked her to show me some other beds which she did at all times she was very friendly and very informative she had good product knowledge I was in the store for over 2 hours due to my own indecisiveness and at no time did she show any frustration I would say Dionne is a great asset to this company and I would gladly be served by her again
