The assistant was great, the staff was excellent have a lot of time to explain about each product and make me to understand the difference for me to make a choice.

Knowledgeable Staff. Friendly Staff. Great Customer Service (i.e. water bottles, balloon for baby daughter to play with). Able to get full consultation without appointment. Bed measurement tool really found us good specifications. Able to try a range of products.
