Staff were friendly, knowledgeable, helpful and fully compliant with social distancing measures in a polite way. We received full attention on our visit, including using the machine and being provided with a thorough tour of the different mattresses available. Our assistant (Lena) was also helpful in suggesting similar bed types to the ones we were interested in. No pushy sales techniques, just good, friendly customer service. How it should be.
