GiPersonal Statement I have a passion to support and empower young people to reach their full potential and work towards their future. Having worked as a Youth Work Supervisor, Key worker and Parent Support Adviser I have enquired extensive experience in different aspects of direct youth work with young people not in employment education or training (NEET), excluded from mainstream school or at risk of offending behaviour and young mothers. Previous employment roles have enabled me to have an opportunity to work with a diverse range of individuals and has also contributed towards my passion to work in a community setting. Gina the manager at New cross looked after me she showed me all my options discussed what mattresses she recommend for me as I have a bad back. It was a warm and friendly experience.

Gina the sales manager was fantastic, as were the members of her team who were also available to help us during our visit. The product knowledge was brilliant and it felt like Gina took a lot of time and effort to understand what we were looking for and accommodate any questions or issues we had. The sleep measurement service at the beginning was really interesting and proved why it is absolutely essential to visit a store and buy a mattress in person, particularly with such outstanding customer service we were given today. Thank you very much!

Gina, the store manager was great - very knowledgeable and just lovely. We liked the special mattress-fitting-machine (no idea what it’s called) and felt the store was completely equipped to work in a Covid-safe way.
