the costumer service was good and we really liked the price of the bed we bought. The fixing of the bed wasn't too hard and the social distancing guidance was good .

Gina (the store manager) was incredible! She offered us to try their 'intelligent mattress' to see what kind of support was right for us. After that, she took us all around the shop trying different types of mattresses for as long as we needed. We ended up buying a mattress in our budget that felt right for us. Who knew that buying a mattress could be so complicated! I am certain that without Gina's expert advice we would have bought the wrong mattress. I will be recommending this shop to all my friends, I am beyond happy with my purchase

We were greeted by a very friendly staff member Nangita upon entering the store who asked us what we were looking for. We explained a new base and mattress. We were offered a drink before being shown the different types of beds we were looking for. The very knowledgeable assistant showed us all the different base options, then took us to the mattress testing bed to see what mattress would be best for us and was then shown a variety of mattresses to suit our needs. Being quite indecisive and in the store for quite sometime we were offered to be left alone to discuss what we wanted, being offered a drink once again. Once we decided on the bed of our choice another friendly staff member Gina was on hand to place our order as Nangita was busy with another customer. A this store the staff were very friendly and welcoming, abiding by social distancing at all times.
