The assistance I received was tremendous. She took her time to explain the info regarding the mattresses I was looking at and understood my needs. Great!

Rayanne greeted me, listened attentively to my situation, and immediately took me around the store explaining clearly to me the differences between the mattresses and their different effects in the body. I took the mattress test, which matched me with mattresses suited for me in 3 minutes. Rayanne was patient, kind, personal, relatable, and caring (she made me tea, took my things safely so I was more comfortable…) She took into account my budget, and explained all sorts of things. Basically, amazing, perfect, 360 personalised customer service.

It was a very pleasant and successful visit. Our consultant Nandita was very helpful and friendly. She offered us drinks and answered all of our questions. We particularly enjoyed the bed that measures your body laying on the mattress patterns. The whole staff was very nice and we'd definitely recommend this service to our friends.

Upon arriving I was greeted and directed to the sofa bed area. Once there, the staff were very pleasant and allowed us time to browse, she even asked if we would like a tea or coffee. She was able to quickly demonstrate how the sofa bed worked when I asked, and explained how each of the other sofa beds worked individually. She was quick to find out how soon our sofa bed could be delivered. I was overall completely satisfied with her support. I am looking forward to my new sofa bed to arrive soon. Aishe got my husband and I to use the Dream Analysis beds to find our perfect mattress, was particularly patient, as we tested several mattresses and could not agree on 1 initially! Also, we have to give praise to the manager for her expertise, for all the advice she gave us and for recommending a suitable mattress for my fussy 9 year old son!

The Sales person (Nandita at Dreams New Cross Gate) was very polite and friendly and understood very quickly what we were looking for. She showed us all the products that we may want to try and after explaining everything she let us decide which one we preferred. The visit was quick and efficient and we found exactly what we wanted. Nandita made sure to clean every surface and desinfect every time we tried a bed. So we felt very safe. We think we received a very good service. Thank you
