I was able to make an appointment for a fixed time at the New Cross Gate store. Had very attentive and knowledgable assistance from the Dream Colleage Dionne - who suggested a number of options for me to try after we had done the Sleepmatch test. She allowed me time to try a number of different types of mattresses in the Hypnos and Flaxby ranges and answered any questions I had. All in all a good experience
