The staff at Dreams in New Cross were all really helpful, particularly Gina (store manager), who guided my son and I through a tricky choosing situation. Excellent service.

Gina was lovely and went above and beyond to help me find the right mattress. It was also an extremely warm day and she offered me water too

From the time we walked in the store we where greeting with a smile and this continued throughout our visit .Gina our assistant was really helpful to us when choosing our bed and mattress giving us time to try the comfort of each one using all the safety measures in place to insure we had the right bed for us

Dalena (New Cross store) spent a long time to understand my needs and suggest my options without my price range. She was extremely patient with my indecisive nature and helped me to come a decision that I was happy with. She didn’t rush me or pressure me and was very attentive. Based on the amazing customer service she gave I would definitely go back to dreams. She deserves a gold star! :)

We were helped out by a couple of ladies at dreams, but in particular Gina. She was a cracker, really easy to chat with and didn’t pressure us with any OTT pitches, just honest and genuine which went a long way for us. 10/10
