Detailed explanation of product qualities and differences. Choice of options, enough time for test and trial, all in a relaxed atmosphere. The whole exercise was reassuring and friendly. I was truly more than impressed.

Gina was very helpful and extremely knowledgeable. I had no idea what I wanted other than a double bed, but Gina guided me through the process and I found the bed/mattress/headboard just right for me. Excellent customer service!

My partner and I were shopping for our first bed together and weren't sure what to expect. We were expertly helped through the process at the New Cross store by Nandita. Alongside being kind and welcoming, she was incredibly knowledgeable about the products, and knew when to take a step back so we could discuss our options. At no point did we feel like we were inconveniencing her or being pushed into a purchase. I will be highly recommending the experience to anyone I know shopping for beds and mattress, and hope that Dreams knows what an asset they have on their team in Nandita!

The customer service worker was I credibly friendly and helpful and have a good balance of support where needed while also letting us explore on our own.

The staff took a great deal of interest in ensuring we found the right product. They offered to assess our sleep position using the sleep assessing machine, in order to find out which mattress type we needed. From there, we were given opportunity to test around 7 different mattresses - Gina took us through each mattress and explained why it was suitable and what the benefits/differences were. At no point did it feel like we were pressured into a sale and because of the knowledge displayed, we felt comfortable buying the bed there and then. The sales process was easy and we were given time to discuss our options, which were clearly explained

The service at the New Cross branch of Dreams was exemplary. We were assisted by Nandita, who guided us through the process very helpfully while still allowing us to browse the products at our own pace. From start to finish it was an enjoyable and easy experience, the measures taken to ensure Covid safety were also very thorough and impressive.

The staff were very knowledgeable and informed about their products. I was given time to try mattresses and no pressure was put on me to buy. They seemed very well trained in the different items available and the pros and cons of each product and why it would suit me or wasn’t what I had expressed interest in.
