Rox and the Store Manager were very professional, friendly and helpful. We very much appreciated the fact that they did not follow us around and allowed us as much time to look and lay on the beds as possible.

How often do you go into a shop and you are offered a cup of tea by the Assistant Manager? Well, it was a lovely gesture and her knowledge and friendliness were equally welcome. It made shopping at Dreams in Bromley a great pleasure. My grandson enjoyed having a lie on the beds as well. (I think you should have a special "seniors" discount - lots of shops in Ireland do it and it is a good guarantee of the "grey" pound) Thank you

Medinat came to meet me with a smile as I came in and asked for my requirements. She was very pleasant and listened to me intently as I explained what I wanted. She took a lot of time explaining the various options and allowing me to try out many matresses without hurrying me or making me feel a nuisance. She gave the impression that she knew what she was talking about which was reassuring.
