The store colleague who served and assisted us was very helpful, knowledgeable and allows us the time to browse the store offering support and advice where needed but with no pressure. She assured us with pillows as needed and despite me having severe mobility restrictions was able to help meet my needs and that of my husband in the best way. She was also very friendly and helpful with our toddler and shopping with a toddler is never easy. We were also offered the poor unity to try the machine to find which mattress was best for us. All in all a really great experience and wouldn’t hesitate in recommending or returning to store.
