There was a good selection of the product we were seeking - a headboard.The assistant, Medinat, was extremely helpful and friendly, even remembering us from a visit two weeks previously. She is a credit to the company.

We were greeted warmly and after we advises the sales assistant that it was our first time buying a bed, she was very helpful and on hand to answer queries. Overall the whole store seemed knowledgeable and keen to help.

I had the pleasure of having Mediuat as my assistant and what a blessing it was as I am a nervous buyer when it comes to spending what for me would be a large sum of money however Mediuat clearly is very knowledgeable at her job and was able to answer any and all of my questions that I had about the whole process, explaining each section fully and in great detail. She has put me at ease and I feel this was due to all her knowledge as well as her polite and friendly manner. Mediuat is definitely someone I would personally tell people to look for when they visit the store as the treatment I received is one that I wld recommend anyone looking for a bed to experience. I am very satisfied to say the least.
