We were given all the information we needed. Very well balanced service - plenty of help but left to make decisions without pressure. Rox greeted us politely and explained the layout of your products. She also offered refreshments. There appeared to be a good atmosphere between colleagues.

We were served by Cyd in the Bromley store. She was extremely profession, welcoming us straight away but then after explaining the coloured coded pillows said she would give us 5-10 minutes to give us time to browse. As soon as we had any questions, again she was there explaining everything to us. Cyd was smiley and in good humour throughout. She was also very knowledgable with the product range and listened to our needs. Excellent service. 100 out of 100
