We were served by Medinat at your Bromley store and were highly impressed with the service she provided, in her attitude ( she knew exactly when we give us space and when to talk to us ), her product knowledge and professional approach.

The staff members were extremely friendly and helpful and we recieved the best service that we possibly could.

We were greeted on entering the store. We were allowed to browse without being hassled but the assistant was on hand to answer questions and advice. We were offered a drink of tea/coffee. We were able to try out the beds. We also were offered pillows and decided to purchase them but could not carry them home on the bus and the assistant delivered them to our door the same day. A very good service.
