Dreams - New Bromley

We returned to dreams due to a previous order purchased and assisted by Medinat. This purchase was done by Cydelle and once again we experienced an excellent quality of service and very accommodating to our delivery of the new item purchased. Lynne the store manager can be proud of her sales assistants.

Great customer service

Very soon upon arriving we were asked if we needed help by Cyd, who was very friendly. We had some questions which she was able to answer immediately. We were after a bed with storage and Cyd showed us some options, explained to us the differences, and gave us some swatches of fabrics for each option to have a think about (whilst also offering us coffee or tea!). Cyd recommended we use a machine to help us choose an appropriate mattress, then left us to look at mattresses and bed options. Once we were ready to make a choice, Cyd was there to help us process the order, choose an appropriate day for delivery etc. Cyd was really very friendly and welcoming, but also very knowledgeable about Dreams products, ultimately she turned what was going to be window-shopping into a sale. However at no point was she pushy, it felt like she genuinely wanted us to pick the right bed for us.

The representative we spoke to, Medina, was extremely helfpful abd knowledgeable - mad the whole process a lot easier and made me and my partner feel very welcomed and looked after.

After a short period of 'testing' some beds that I had looked at on a previous occasion I was greeted by the assistant Laura. I was told about the new electronic system that Dreams had installed and was happy to try it. I have had a persistent back problem for many years. The Test was complete and Laura showed me the subsequent recommendations ... one of which was my own preferred choice...which I was very pleased about.

I was greeted shortly after walking through the doors and engaged in a positive and welcoming manner. Sought out to understand what I was looking for and as we reviewed a number of options Laura took time to digest my input and quickly translate it to thoughts and options. As a result I've purchased an excellent bed which meets all of my needs. I'll be returning to buy a mattress in a month or two! End to end the service was polite and on point to what I needed. Patient and aware of all items she needed to cover with me to complete the sale. Additional options were presented such as the extended cover; she had me sold on the benefits so I bought that as well! Laura is a credit to your store and image you seek to convey to your customers. I'll recommend the store to anyone who is looking for beds and mattresses. Well done, hopefully this message will reach Laura to know the service was appreciated beyond the words expressed in the store.
