Lovely helpful shop assistant

Staff were extremely friendly, attentive and knowledgeable. They helped guide us through our purchase and Medinat was extremely helpful.

I went to Dreams hoping to get a mattress I could trust, as I get very hot at night and experience a lot of back pain. I used Sleepmatch and was offered a selection of mattresses. I ruled out the memory foam as I did not want that, then tried two of the others a few times with a pillow. Medinat, who looked after me and made a lovely coffee, was patient, friendly and available, even when I was being indecisive. She could not have done more to ensure that I would be happy with what I had bought, including swapping the free mattress cover to a cooler one. She gave me plenty of time to try things for myself - a credit to Dreams.

Good service from assistant.

I was dealt with by Reece and his Manager Lynn. Reece was extremely knowledgable and informative, without being pushing. He helped me with my decision. Lynn was pleasant and helpful, and available at all times when she clarified any questions I had with authority and experience. I was also made a very nice cup of tea. I went into buy one bed today, but because of the efficiency I decided to buy a second.

The mattress we were purchasing was for my 16 year old daughter. Lynne served us and once she knew it was for Tamsin she spoke directly to her and treated her as an adult which we really appreciated. So often people talk past young adults and it was a refreshing experience. She spent a long time talking through the different options and encouraged Tamsin to use the measuring bed device, which was great. Having chosen a mattress, we then purchased pillows and the insurance as they were offered, but never pushed on to us. Lynne was charming, friendly and a great sales person. We came away extremely happy and our delivery arrived on time as promised.
