Dreams - New Bromley

Daniel was very helpful, patient, kind, understanding of what I wanted, gave me different options and above all was very professional and had a lot of knowledge about dreams.

From the time I went into Bromley store the welcome the smiles was very warm I found the service best ever. The Lady who served me very polite, very professional and very helpful..I will be going back . Have mentioned my experience to family and friends Can’t wait for my Daughters new bed . Laura, the sales assistant, was very helpful and knowledgeable. She arranged for my husband and I to use the mattress computer assimilator (not sure what it is called) as we were not sure if we needed a firm or medium mattress.

I kinda knew what I was looking for and to my delight there where other pieces that would go perfectly with my purchase, the oersonontje phone was polite and very helpful and I look foward to my new bedroom suite,

dreams colleague Laura was most helpful and not at all pushy. she just gave us options and let us decide.

The member of staff who served me was a delight. After explaining each product he gave us time to think and decide. He had good knowledge about the products. We were not pressurised and we were offered drinks. Other customers sought his attention and he devised a way of also serving them without us feeling abandoned - he was pleasant throughout. He also apologised when we had to wait for a computer to be free so he could complete our purchase - very well mannered member of staff.

We were given the time and attention we needed to decide to make what we considered to be an expensive product. We felt we were given relevant information and allowed to explore suitability of alternative products.customer service given with easy going manner and not pressured to make purchase.

Excellent customer service from medinat. She was very knowledgable and patient given that we had two young children with us. Brilliant service.

Lynne was really lovely, and she was also extremely helpful, and managed to inform me on all the things I needed to know.

My visit was a spur of the moment one during lunch hour. I was looking at mattresses. Laura approached soon after I entered and we discussed my needs. She showed me various styles and provided good advice. She checked possible delivery dates which were appealing. Overall very impressed. Of course items not due until later this week, so hopefully they will arrive as expected
