The staff are professional the store was clean, the arrangement of the store and bedding was easy to navigate. The new bed sleep test was top notch and a brilliant idea, resulting in purchasing the correct mattress four our specific needs. Well done the store in bromley is one of the nicest dream stores we have visited

Friendly and very helpful staff took the time to answer my questions so I understood .when I got to the shop it was very hot thay gave me a bottle of water witch was most needed over all very satisfied 😌

When we arrived at Bromley Dreams for our appointment, we were assisted by Toby. He impressed us with his product knowledge and his friendly and convivial manner. He never once pressured us in any way to make a decision but guided us effectively and offered a lot of support. This is an individual who certainly went the extra mile and this was one of the best customer service experiences we have had. PS: Toby deserves a raise!

I was served by Lynne she was very friendly and professional and made me a cup of tea whilst I was being assessed by the dreams bed computer, she was very knowledgeable and couldn't do enough to assist me in choosing the right mattress. Lynne is truly an asset to Dreams.
