Dreams - New Bromley

The customer services representative was superb. He took time to listen and understand my needs before recommending suitable products. He was very patient whilst I took time to familiarise myself with the beds and pillows. Excellent A+ service! I would not hesitate to recommend Dreams Bromley to friends and family. I also loved the new technology that analyses your sleeping positions and recommends a bed!

Daniel at Dreams in Bromley could not have been more helpful and brought a chair for my mother to sit on around the store and made the whole experience easy and very pleasant. Thank you.

I was assisted by the Manager, Lynne who understood my needs. I told her my needs for a storage bed and she showed me products that met my needs. I was offered a drink and the whole process was very quick. Lynne is very knowledgeable and efficient and I will definitely be back for more beds

Our sales lady was super helpful which ultimately made me feel welcome and comfortable along with my family. (By another bed for my son this time) she took time to help us and advise and never pressured us which was appreciated and she helped us make our decision and we placed the order for over £1400

the item was noti store but it was ordered for me with all detals delivery etc completed at the time. When I was unsure about the sprinng system it was eplained so I was able to make an informed choice.

I was greeted by a friendly and enthusiastic sakes team, who made me feel welcome and relaxed. They asked me what I was looking to purchase and then gave me a number of options. The computerised bed selection matched me exactly and I chose a tempur mattress, divan with the adjustable settings. Laura was excellent, she was able to go through all the options available. I was unsure of which mattress to choose, I changed my mind a few times. Laura was very caring and patient with me, which reassured me that I had made the right choice to come to Dreams. I would happily recommend Dreams where first class customer service is a priority. Laura was a great ambassador for your company.
