I was very well attended by Ian, who was very helpful and listened to our requirements before trying to sell us anything.

The young lady who helped us was very knowledgeable and directed us to the type and firmness level of mattress we wanted and was carefull to ensure that we saw the type, size and pattern of headboard and material. All together a good shopping experience

Reece in the Bromley South store did a first class level of service. He asked the right questions to find our needs. Listened to what we needed and found a range of beds that suited. The process was slick. The service was friendly and genuine, which is really important to me. Reece informed us of all our options and helped us pick 2 head boards. Great job. Thank you 😃
