The staff was very knowledgeable, & also Bromley branch had a good range of beds / mattresses to try . The fact that you can test which mattress suits your needs is also very helpful & doesn’t take long to do .

Customer service was very helpful and knowledgable, Helpful in our needs for a good bed /mattress. Lynne specially was so good & we felt that we wasn’t pressured in any way of buying.

The assistance we got from Laura was incredible, she didn't push us and allowed us the space we needed to investigate the products on our own but was always nearby with helpful advice and support when we were struggling and in the end found us a bed we are comfortable in within our budget. I'm also satisfied that as a wheelchair user there was still enough space to move comfortably around the shop floor and get close to all the products, and there was access into the building and up to the second floor.

Toby, the Dreams assistant in the Bromley Store could not have been more helpful in explaining the product and the accessories to go with the product. He went over every detail of the delivery process and the procedure for disposal of old mattress. Products that had to be taken by hand were packed and ready for pick-up at a later time which happened to coincide with Toby’s lunch break and he very kindly went the extra mile and carried them over to my bus stop opposite the store. It was a stress-free experience and I hope I shall be as happy with the product as I am with Dreams customer service!

The whole experience has been amazing. I had the best salesman (Dan) helping me, who gave me his undivided attention. I went on the bed analyzer, which was fabulous and then tried out all the suggestions. Dan spent so much time with me, helping me to make my decision. I have severe chronic back pain and find sleeping really difficult, so it was really important to find the right bed. Dan suggested I try a particular Tempur mattress, which I did and after laying on it for about 20 mins, knew it was the one!!!! I was treated so well in the store. I was made to feel really important by all the staff including the store Manager Lynne. After paying up, Dan carried the pillows I brought, out to my car. The delivery of my new bed was a lot quicker than I would have expected and the guys who dropped it off were also amazing. Really friendly, professional and efficient So, all in all a very good shopping experience. ps... The order number I have given is just for a separate pillow order. I couldn't find my receipt for the bed and other pillows but they were purchased at the same time.
