The assistant s very well informed, Fiedley and very well mannered. She was helpful and happy to check all needed info. I was very happy with the service.

We were assisted by a lovely woman named Medinat who showed us the mattress suitability machine (we already knew what sort of bed we were after though), she gave me a pillow to test on all the beds and offered us refreshments. It made the process of buying a new bed that much easier

Impressed by the use of technology to back the up our decision making, knowledge salesman who was not overpowering and the overall product and price.

The sales assistant who helped us, Daniel, was very helpful right from the start. He guided us to the machine which helped us narrow down our choices and then spent more time with us to discuss what was best for us. He was personable throughout the whole process and made the branch of Dreams we went to feel more like a friendly, local store than just another branch of a national chain.

Staff were very helpful and were not pushy about the sale. They gave me lots of information about the products that according to the sleep machine would suit my sleep pattern and gave me time to test out mattresses without following me around. The staff listened to me and my budget even though I spent a little bit more than I intended to I felt the staffs advice was very helpful and I ended up purchasing a mattress that fitted my needs more.

The assistant manager was very helpful without being pushy. Clearly knew her job well. It helped that the store was empty perhaps but she was certainly a friendly and helpful young woman. Knowledgeable and didn't keep following is around but was there to answer all questions. Husband not feeling well and her colleague fetched him a bottle of water. Much appreciated. She was also very polite.

The young man who advised us clearly had a compendious knowledge of the available products. I wish that I had taken his name in order to recommend him personally.

We were greeted by Laura. She was knowledgeable about the products and answered all of our questions thoroughly. We used the sleep match technology to find the right mattress for us which was helpful. There are a lot of different mattresses available in the store to try out and bedframes. Laura worked to understand exactly what we were looking for and assisted us. We were really happy with our first experience in Dreams.
