Laura was very knowledgable and friendly. She helped us to decide which was the best mattress for my daughters and took into account my budget and specification

I was impressed with the Assistant Manager.s product knowledge, friendliness and efficiency. She recommended my specification in terms of pricing and which mattress best suited me. She also honoured the sale price after it expired due to another member of staff,s inability to process my transaction.

I loved the bed system that scanned your body to suggest potential mattresses that suited my needs. I had no idea otherwise

The beds were on the ground floor so easily accessible and clearly labelled and I was able to wander round comparing them for the short time till someone was available to help me. I was greeted by a cheery assistant and offered a drink. She listened carefully to what I was looking for and gave clear and helpful answers to my questions, didn't press any one type of bed and mattress on me but was relaxed and gave me time to think and to try out the options. I went away with some notes and returned a few days later ready to make a purchase. Again, hardly any waiting time and prompt though relaxed service with the same assistant. My only gripe would be the cost of old bed and mattress disposal. Otherwise excellent.

My 90 year old mum was looking for an adjustable bed, the assistant Lynne was very knowledgeable, patient in helping my mum choose the right bed.
