The lady was very helpful. She even remembered me from a visit a week before the purchase and the mattress I chose.

I have visited the store before and purchased your products, which are very good, hence I keep coming back. This time the experience was very positive, great staff, very helpful, friendly, knew about products so were able to answer our questions and helped us to choose the right product for us.

The customer assistant Medinat was wonderful not too pushy very knowledgable and very helpful. Proof in the pudding I bought the mattress and thisis the second one I have bought from you so pleased with the customer service,product knowledge and the prodcut itself.

When we came to find a new mattress, we had an idea of what kinda/type of mattress that we wanted. But we used the "machine" to find our ideal mattress, which was the Tempur Luxe Original mattress - and it was amazing. The staff were incredibly helpful and easy to talk to. I would highly recommend buying at the Bromley Dreams store to a friend and I will certainly be continuing to purchase mattresses from this store in the foreseeable future.

We were approached shortly after entering the store. The assistant Laura listened to our needs and advised on a range of products to help us make an informed decision. We chose a product made of natural materials made in the UK, all of which were important to our values on purchase.

The employee was very nice and had a lot of knowledge on the types of beds and mattresses and helped me understand what I needed

On both my visits to Bromley store I found the staff very helpful. The first time I went without my partner and used the Sleepmatch so when I returned with my partner Toby was very helpful and advised trying the sleepmatch with my partner to compare results. As I was the one having problems sleeping, Toby was very helpful to find me the right mattress and listened to what I wanted and needed.

Medinat was very helpful, I only came into the store for a mattress which i researched on line. Fortunately Medinat put me on your Dreams computerised bed to help me decide whether to have a soft/medium or firm mattress. To my surprise it was the complete opposite to what I thought I needed. Hopefully when I receive my new mattress I will notice a difference.

I was greeted immediately I arrived. The assistant was knowledgeable and showed me many options so I could make a good choice. I felt comfortable asking questions and pleased with the answers I received.
