From the moment we came into the store in Bromley, Sid was extremely knowledgeable, had a very good attitude and friendly. He didnt over sell and gave us space when we needed it. He made the experience very easy and as a sales director myself, I said to my partner in leaving that I'd hire him in a heart beat. Oh, we got a great priced mattress too!

Together with my daughter in law, we were given the utmost attention. Trying many beds before I chose one to suit me. I was invited to try the computer driven machine which assessed my needs regarding the mattress type which most suited my posture. At all times the store manager showed us curtesy and valuable time as I tryout various mattresses. I was satisfied to purchase a bed and headboard which suited my needs.

The sales assistant was helpful and knowledgeable about the products and was friendly and courteous throughout. The order was placed efficiently.
