Dreams - New Bromley

Went to John Lewis for my old mattress and its caused me to have the worst back ache, I was served by Daniel who was very knowledgeable and spent quite a bit of time with me, not rushing me at all. Finally choosing a fancy new bed. He's a real star.

I was highly impressed with the service I was given by the staff member dan. He went through everything from price style make. He was very pleasant and helpful and knowledgeable and professional. He never pressured me and answered all my questions.

Daniel took the time to understand my needs, I explained my problem with my back pain and shoulder issues and straight away assisted me with a machine that would tell me what softness I should use for a mattress. Took myself and my family around and showed me all of the mattresses applicable. Great price, great experience. Daniel deserves a promotion this was wonderful. On my last visit I wasn’t even questioned on what I was looking for. Daniel was extremely patient. I am very impressed I will return to get a new bed for my new property because of Daniel.
