Good product range / good pricing / Sidi (our sales assistant ) was very helpful and understanding

Medinat helped us as soon as we walked in the store. We were looking for a firm mattress and were given a few recommendations from our sleep match experience. I was also able to place the order quickly and efficiently.

The Dreams shop adviser in Bromley was very helpful - his name is Sidi - he got us to try out the specialised bed in the shop to help us decide what mattress would best suit our needs - the advisor showed us some mattresses to try out and we eventually chose a silentnight one.

We were greeted on arrival and offered a tea or coffee. We were asked whether we wanted to use the sleepmatch service which we did and found it a pleasant experience. We were assisted by Daniel who was very helpful and found the perfect mattress for us.

Although the store was quite busy at the time of my visited, once I called someone over to help, the member of staff was very helpfull in demonstrating how the product worked as a chair to a sofa bed. When I actually went to purchase the item, the computer system was down. However the staff member named Medinat offered her apology and stated that if it was okay with me, she would call me back when the system had returned, which she did. When I went back into the shop, Medinat had completed my order so I didn't have to wait very long and my payment was taken and delivery date agreed. Excellent service provided.

The Dreams sales assistant was really helpful and knowledgeable and helped us find the perfect mattress. Whilst there was an IT issue during the time we wanted to place our order this was resolved quickly and we were given the option to wait or to receive a call back and make the order over the phone later. Really happy with the service in general.

Friendly and knowledgeable staff

Medinat allowed us into the store before it was due to open, she was very friendly and weaned to make sure we got what we needed. She recommended we use sleepmatch and then made the purchase all within 15 minutes!

Our assistant Laura was thoroughly professional and gave sound advise which we appreciated. Highly recommend Dreams for excellent customer experience.
