We were met by Ian a very polite young man at out appointed time. When we gave the size of mattress we required he new at once it was for An adjustable bed.he showed us all the types of mattress we could choose. Afterwards he was very clear about all transactions & date of delivery.

The young man Reece I think he s name was was very helpful and he talked me through all the options and helped me pick a bed that was just for me? He was just a very helpful person who I think like s his job ? Even down to plcking out a pillow for me .I came away happy with my purchase?thank you

We already had an idea about what type of mattress we wanted. Reece was very helpful in narrowing down the products to a small selection from which to choose with a good range of prices and comfort levels. He answered all our questions well and we feel very confident in our choice.

Ian who assisted my partner and I to finding the perfect mattress, was very accommodating, friendly and knowledgeable about the most suitable mattress for us. He was able to answer any questions we had.

Because the assistant was very polite and helpful and treated me like a Queen and made me feel special. The manager was also in the store and bent over backwards to make me happy with my order and gave me a full explanation about the mattress I was ordering and made sure I received the free pillow that goes with the mattress as well as anything concerning the bed he could offer. He was very polite and helpful and I felt as if I’ve known him for years. My experience in the store is none that I have ever experienced before and will always remember the experience. I will be referring friends and family to a Dreams store, you will never experience what I did just by ordering items online.

Reece and Jason at the Bromley store were very friendly and helpful. Jason spent time answering any questions I had and did not try to rush me into buying quickly. When I returned the next day to buy my bed Jason was busy and Reece took my order. Again he was very helpful.

The assistant Reece was extremely approachable and very understanding of my requirements. He has very good knowledge of the products and how they meet customers needs. His calm manner and friendliness made my purchase incredibly easy. I would recommend him.

Ian was very friendly and helped us brilliantly showing us a wide selection of mattresses but not making it confusing to pick between each one!
